This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the HSE Risk Assessment platform, including the web-based safety risk assessment database. By using our service, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code or scoring methodology.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the system beyond normal human usage.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or perform unauthorized vulnerability testing.
  • Upload data containing malware, viruses, or malicious code.

3. Content Standards

You agree not to upload any data that:

  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Contains false, misleading, or defamatory information.
  • Includes sensitive personal information (e.g., ID numbers, health records) unless required by the hazard assessment field.

4. System Integrity

You must not use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems or interfere with other users.

5. Consequences of Violation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if we determine that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy.

Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent termination of your account and subscription.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
