HSE Risk Assessment provides a web-based platform for recording hazard information and applying a standardized risk scoring methodology. The platform acts as a repository and does not replace professional safety judgment.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you enter. You must ensure that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and safety regulations.

4. No Professional Advice

The risk scoring methodology is provided for guidance only. It does not constitute legal, safety, or professional advice. Final risk decisions remain your responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Subscription and Termination

Subscriptions are for 12 months and auto-renew unless cancelled with 60 days’ notice. We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment or breach of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
